This app can be used to calculate the pneumonia severity index score and class of a patient as described in https://www.nejm.org/doi/pdf/10.1056/NEJM199701233360402 - The creator of this app is not affiliated with the research group. But since it is quite a large checklist I found it convenient to have it in my pocket as a reminder.
