With this app you can load, edit, save and apply many different graphic effects on any kind of image or photo in varius formats.
Photo effects allows you to do a lot of operations on images like colors effects (grayscale, tint, sepia, negative and more), image manipulation effects (blur, sharpen, edge detection, emboss, pixelize, oil painting and more). You can also rotate and flip your images.
Other interesting features will be added in the future versions of the app.
