A weight tracker and an exercise log sheet have been provided along with a diet journal. The results have been summarised visually with graphs for easy analysis. Goals can be set on a daily basis, and can be compared regularly using the log sheets of the exercises.
The weight tracker sheet lets you set goals and track your progress over time. It also highlights how far you are from your targeted goal. Provision has also been made for you to enter notes on a daily basis. We expect that this gives the user the added motivation to work towards his set goals.
The exercise log helps the user record the duration of exercise and track his calories burnt. Special notes about the exercises can also be entered at the user's convenience.
A weekly diet journal has been included to help the user plan and track his diet and nutrition.
The "Summary" sheet provides a graphical analysis for exercise routine, weight chart and diet log.
The user is encouraged to set a realistic goal and work constantly towards it, to gain the maximum benefit from this application.
The results are also shown as a graph, that summarises how satisfied the user was with his diet over the week on a daily basis.
