We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/email from our representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will immediately be dispatched. Normally the delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
In case the customer is not available upon delivery, a representative would call and act upon the instructions of the customer. The parcel can either be delivered on another time or dropped by at neighbors only upon receiving the payment.
We’ll accept exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
After reviewing your request, if the goods delivered are not as per the order placed we will get it picked from your doorstep and you will not be charged shipping for that order and the order will be replaced as per original intended order.
n case the customer is not satisfied with the order received, Ochre will issue a credit note to you on complaint which can be used within 30 days to make purchases online.
