This app calculates the MEWS score. By using sliders there is no need to enter any numbers. Just tap the correct interval of your measurement and the score will be shown at the top of your screen.
Since many variations of this score exist, please make sure it corresponds to the MEWS used in your organization. If not, I'm happy to create a MEWS calculator specifically for you, for free. The app pays for itself when the ads are tapped by people using it.
