The great thing about the cake liner is that it is activated by water, so it is much easier to create a fluid shape, especially with the aid of a small liner brush. If you’re worried about the liner smudging, you can always apply a sealant gel over top to create a waterproof barrier. To give the liner a little more depth, apply a matte, black eye shadow over top and a thin line of liquid liner on your lashes to break up the black color. As for the lower lash line, I used the same tapered brush and swept the liner from the outer corner of my eye all the way to the inner corner to create a small v shape.
