Our drive for authenticity has led us to Mexico City, on a number of occasions, sampling the street food & numerous tequilas & just as importantly recruiting a Mexican Head Chef.
That accomplished, we make our own corn masa for chips & tortillas, fresh cheese daily, homemade cremas, salsa’s... etc
nothing comes out of a packet at DF.
