We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!
As always, we've also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.
AV Personal Training is the platform where you will receive all your personalised training information.
Everything you need to get started with your training will be detailed within the app. Each workout plan will include information about every exercise as well as demonstration videos. You can track every workout, logging your weight selection and the number of reps and sets you achieve. This will help you progress your training week after week. There’s a built-in messaging system for direct access to your trainer to answer questions as you workout.
Within the app, you can keep track of your progress with measures such as circumferences, progress photos, body weight, and body fat. You can also link your favourite fitness tech and nutrition tracker. Keeping all your training, nutrition and lifestyle in one place to help you track your results, and achieve your fitness goals, all with the help of your trainer.
Other features of the AV Personal Training app include workout scheduling, notification of personal bests, workout notes section to keep track of any changes you make or issues that arise, health & fitness goal setting and you can rate each workout based on the level of difficulty.
