Many people, young and old, find therapeutic benefits from ASMR, including reduced anxiety and easier sleep.
This ASMR Baby Bedtime app includes a variety of soothing, binaural sounds designed to calm restless babies and soothe them to sleep. The sounds include whispered and soft-spoken nursery rhymes, soft shhh-ing, and the popular ASMR "sksk" sound. The app also includes several, classic, non-ASMR sounds known to be baby sleep favorites (white noise, brown noise, and pink noise).
Future app updates will add even more comforting ASMR baby bedtime sounds.
