تطبيق هيئة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات للخدمات الإلكترونية (النسخة التجريبية)، يمكن من خلاله الاستفادة من عدة خدمات من بينها:
- خدمة أرقامي: إمكانية الاطلاع على كل أرقام الجوالات والخدمات المتعلقة بهويته.
- الشكاوى: تقديم ومتابعة شكوى تتعلق بمقدم الخدمة وامكانية تصعيدها.
- العروض المعتمدة: مشاهدة كل عروض وباقات مقدمي الخدمة المعتمدة.
- مقياس: قياس أداء الشبكة الخاصة بك بمقاييس تفصيلية دقيقة.
- البلاغات: يمكن من خلالها إبلاغ الهيئة عن أي استخدام مزعج أو عطل طارئ يخص مقدمي خدمات الاتصالات.
تسجيل طلبات توفير خدمة اتصالات: تتيح خدمة تسجيل طلبات توفير خدمة اتصالات للمستخدمين الاستعلام عن خدمات الاتصالات المتوفرة لأي موقع يحدده مستخدم الخدمة، وتتيح للمستخدم تسجيل طلبات توفير الخدمة للمواقع التي لا تتوفر بها خدمات اتصالات.

Argami : Allows you to view all the mobile numbers and services registered on your ID.
Complaints: You can submit and follow up a complaints related to the service provider.
Approved Offers: Allows you to know the details of approved offers of all service providers.
Meqyas: You can measure the performance of your network with accurate, detailed measures.
Reports: through which you can inform CITC of any disturbing use or emergency breakdown of telecommunications service providers.
Providing Telecommunication services request service: A service that allows users to inquire available services at a specific location, with the ability to submit a request of unavailable services.
