“IBPS PO” stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), Probationary Officer (PO) is a starting level post of any Officer in Bank and you have to work for approx 1–2 years of Probation Period.
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), as part of the Common Recruitment Process (CRP), conducts online exams for selection of candidates for the post of Probationary Officer (PO)/ Management Trainee (MT) in participating banks/ organisations
The online exams of IBPS PO are conducted in two phases – Preliminary and Main.
All candidates who clear Preliminary and Main online tests have to appear for the Common Interview round.
Basically this period is the training period in which you have to learn the basics & Essential duties of a PO in the bank
