Humble Haven Yoga's mission is to build resilience through the principles and practices of yoga. Our in-studio and on demand classes speak to this mission through body and mind with class offerings that build on one another.
Daily studio classes offer a variety of styles so anyone looking to join us can find something that speaks to them. Our class styles include:
Circuit Bootcamp - a traditional strength and cardio workout
Yoga Build - yoga with weights
Hot Power Yoga - heated vinyasa
Hamstrings, Hips, and Spines - deep stretching for the back body
Power Down - slow heated vinyasa with guided meditation
Prenatal Yoga
