We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!
As always, we've also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.
With this fitness app, you will be working with Kait, a nationally recognized certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and women's empowerment advocate to take back control of your fitness, movement, strength nutrition and lifestyle. This app allows for communication with your coach and community of amazing women here to support and cheer you on as you track your workouts, hone in on your habits and nutrition and build the confidence to take on your day and everything it throws at you!
