At Sports Lab, we aim to help children WIN IN LIFE through well-rounded sporting experiences. We create enriching environments and adopt empowering tools to spark curiosity and boost confidence, without forgetting the element of play – enabling every child to maximise their potential in a fun and fulfilling way.
The SwimTrainer is Sports Lab’s essential coaching tool developed by professional coaches and athletes who have successfully trained thousands of children. Our curriculum is split into 3 programs:
i) Toddler (3 to 4 yrs), 4 block program tailored to a toddler’s physical development
ii) Beginner (> 5 yrs), 9 block program from water confidence to swimming proficiency
iii) Intermediate (>5 yrs), 9 block program to achieve mastery in all strokes and prepare for competitive swimming
Each program block comes with 8 detailed lesson plans, including videos of training drills, 3D animations of stroke techniques, activity-specific coaching communication tools and comprehensive assessment criteria.
