توضیحات:

Surat al-Jathiyah (Arabic: سورة الجاثية‎, "Crouching") is the 45th sura (chapter) of the Qur'an with 37 ayat (verses). It is a Meccan / Makki chapter, revealed according to the Islamic tradition during the Meccan phase of Muhammad's prophethood. This is one of the seven chapters in the Qur'an that start with the Muqattaʿat Ha Mim. It contains discussions of "signs of God" for humankind to reflect on, and describes punishments for those who deny God despite the signs. It also contains the only Quranic verse mentioning sharia, a term which Muslims later use to refer to the Islamic law.

The name al-Jathiya ("The Kneeling") comes from a phrase in verse 28 which says that "every community will be upon its knees" on the Judgement Day. It is also called al-Dahr ("Time") after the word's presence in verse 24. Another name is al-Shariah, because the chapter is the only one in the Quran explicitly mentioning the term "sharia".

The chapter starts with the Muqattaʿat Hāʼ Mīm, the sixth of seven Quranic chapters to do so. The following verses (2–15) discuss the "signs of God", such as the order in nature as well as its ability to serve humanity. The verses exhort mankind to reflect upon those signs and warn them of the punishment for those who turn away from God despite the signs.

Verse 16 talks about the Children of Israel, whom it says were sent with the Book (Torah) and multiple prophets, and were "favored above the world". The following verse, however, criticized the Jews of Medina for rejecting the message of Muhammad.

Verse 18 is the only verse in the Quran that explicitly mentions the term sharia. A partial translation of the verse reads: "We have ordained for you a sharia to live in line with".

Surah al-Jaathiyah (The Kneeling)
There are 37 verses in this Surah and it was revealed in Makkah. This Surah is also called Surah ash-Shari’ah. It is narrated that whoever recites this Surah will not be frightened on the Day of Judgement and his private parts will remain covered (whereas all people will be raised naked on this day).
Imam Jafar as Sadiq (a.s.) has said that whoever recites this Surah will not see Jahannam and neither will he hear the voice of its flames. Keeping this Surah in one’s possession makes him a beloved of the people and protects him from tyrant rulers. It also keeps one safe from those who love to slander and backbite. If it is placed on the neck of a newborn child, it ensures safety and protection from all calamities.
Reward of reciting Surah Jathiya
1. Imam as Sadiq (a.s.) said: Whoever recites Surat Jathia the benefit of it would be that he would never face Hell, and he would not be able to hear the painful screams and sighs, and that man would be in the company of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.).
2. The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.) said: Whoever recites Surah Ha Min Jaathia, Allah would keep his faults concealed and give him tranquility while knees (of the other people) would be trembling at the time of accounting.
AL JATHIYAH (45)
i) Whoso recites this surah would not go near the hell, and by the grace of the merciful Lord live in peace and tranquility in the company of the Holy Prophet; all his faults would remain hidden.
ii) Whoso writes this surah on paper and wears it around the neck as a tawiz, would remain safe from the persecution and oppression of unjust men-in authority; and he would be a popular and very much liked person among the people; he would also remain safe from the mischief of backbiting; and if this tawiz is put around the neck of the newly born child or tied to his arm, he would stay in divine safety and protection.
