The more often you move and the faster you move, the more MOVEs you accumulate. -Unlike the number of calories burnt, Moves scores are independent of the body weight, so they are a better way of comparing your activity levels with that of your friends. Find out your MOVEs score: -You can also choose to convert your MOVEs score into number of calories burnt, calculated based on your body weight. This app gives you the ability to access you exercise and lifestyle data anywhere, anytime. Sonnenalp Wellness Program offers services to all members at the Sonnenalp Club.
