4. Frequency- When you select frequency, you will be able to listen to the frequency for sleeping. This will help you sleep.
5. Sheep Game- When you can't sleep, counting sheep might help. Count sheep, till you fall asleep.
6. Book- Insomnia is a big problem. You should read about it and learn how you can fight it, and sleep well.
