Performance Improvement
In this mobile app Gata(Gram Sabha) of every village of the District will be populated by using the bhulekh portal . Lekhpal will go to the village and will capture the details like photos,geo location of Government land like Talab, Parti Bhumi, chak Road,charagah etc of Village using the mobile App.
That pictures and geo location of particular land will show the actual status of the Village Land. Details of Lands captured using app will be in Public domain so that citizen can see the correctness of data and can compliant in case of any issue.
Proposed application will have three modules:
• First module will be for Tehsil Level Officer: This module will be used by tehsil level user to capture the data of various lands using the app.
• Second module for District Level Officer: This module is used district level officers for watching the progress of work done and complaint status.
• Third module will be for Citizens: This module is used by Citizen for making Grievances. Any citizen can launch Complaint through mobile app in case any government land is occupied by any one. On receiving the compliant Government official can visit the place and resolve the compliant if found true.
This App will help to create real picture of Government Lands of Villages. Many law and Order problems will be reduced after implementation of this mobile app.
