We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!
As always, we've also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.
Thanks to the power of technology, online fitness coaching can be utilized by anyone, anywhere, offering more convenience and affordability than in-person fitness training. You are no longer limited by rules of the gym, strange equipment, scheduling restrictions, or financial obligations.

Every individual client has a different starting point, and their needs and goals will shift over time. Over the course of your training you will need different things from me in terms of program type, goals, direction, support, and accountability.
