We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!

The MyTime Fitness App provides quick effective workouts for busy people short on time. In just 15 minutes, you can complete a workout from your home with just a pair of dumbbells. This app can help you maintain your consistency with five new workouts per week. Each daily workout provides a full body workout that targets the upper body, the lower body, and the core. Modifications and substitutions for exercises are provided to make these workouts accessible to all fitness levels.
