The direct integration with the CRM system ensures that the Customer Advisor can access and update enquires even when on the move. MyLeads enables the customer advisor to capture the sales enquiry information even when the app is offline. Shortcuts to communication links for call, whatsapp, email and SMS are provided for ease of follow-up.
