Mandy Gill (www.MandyGill.com) - Founder of MGM Fitness & MGM Fit Foods, athlete, TV personality, and advocate of everything health related. After overcoming anorexia in her late teens, she fell in love with fitness in 2007 and from this her passion of living life to the fullest was born. With seven years of competing as a Regional Crossfit athlete, Olympic Weightlifter, Ultra Marathon runner, and deadlifting a near 400lbs, Mandy is passionate to share her experience of how life changing and beneficial healthy living can be. Mandy's appeared as a Fitness Segment Host over 100+ times on CTV MORNING LIVE, Breakfast Television, and Shaw TV. Mandy's graced magazine covers across North America, and engaged with thousands while speaking at conferences across Canada. Outside of these passions, Mandy loves adventures with her dogs Mylo & Chance, quality time with family & friends, and volunteering as a Downtown Eastside Kitchen Crew Member. Mandy is nominated for 2017's YWCA Women of Distinction Award for the Innovation & Entrepreneur category.
