We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!
As always, we've also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.

Train Yourself - FIT subscribers can make their own workouts that you can keep track of if you don't need a trainer but still want to track your progress without holding onto old notebooks.
Connect - FIT can connect to your fitness apps for a more holistic view of what your training is doing for you. FIT can connect to: Apple Watch, Fitbit, Withings, and MyFitnessPal.

How It Works
Log inn and fill out your fitness profile. You can add as much information as you would like. The more your trainer knows the more they can help you. Add data for number tracking and pictures for progress photo tracking. No more loosing progress photos in your phone. We will find a trainer that best suits your needs and yes you can ask for a trainer yourself. Even if you work with a trainer at your local gym, we encourage you to invite them to take the program they made for you digital. If you have a workout that you want to track the progress of, you can add any workout routine you want to in your calendar. Just about any variation of workout can be added. - Regular strength - Circuit - Interval - Stretching - You can even add activities such as - Running - walking - Stairclimber - Elliptical - Rowing - Cycling - FIT keeps track of it all.

Before you start your workout, FIT make sure you have everything you need and it is safe and ready to be used. You have the option to watch any demonstrations for any exercise you do not recognize. You can also print the workout with a tracking sheet if you want a physical copy to view while you workout. Press -- BEGIN WORKOUT --
Once you are done with the workout you'll be asked to input the weights/reps/time you did each exercise. We recommend doing this every time for a better more holistic look that will be a benefit incase you ever forget what (weight/reps/time) you were able to do the last time you did that movement.
