The EliFIT app is designed exclusively for those participating in the EliFIT exercise support program. This app can only be used by patients enrolled into the EliFIT program.

The EliFIT app will provide you with exercise programs designed specifically for patients with prostate cancer.

The app will provide:

* Customised fitness programs
* Tracking for the completion of the exercise program
* Exercise videos demonstrating each technique
