The main objective of this mobile app to help citizen to contact with Collector and other district officers and communicate their problem.
The app will register the complaint of citizen and give one id so that with that ID citizen can find the status of their complaint.
All officers can login this app and view all the problems related with their department and solve the problems and update the status.
Collector can see the dashboard knew the status of all the departments.
