We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!

Everyone is an athlete, some just don't know it yet. Early in my career, I realized that my young athlete clients had similar goals to my adult clients: building strong, powerful, and lean bodies, that can move well and are resilient to injuries. That eureka moment helped literally hundreds of clients reach their full potential: weight loss, sports performance, and coming back from injury.
Programs are based on 4-week training blocks focused on a variety of goals: Weight loss, strength, muscle building, and performance. Each goal will include an eating guide, the option of up to 4 strength training sessions, up to 3 cardio sessions, and daily mobility work.
Since we spend more time outside of the gym, it's important to focus on building better lifestyle habits, too. Each day will feature habit goals, which help you reach your goals faster!
