It's a goofy app full of funny crying sound effects! For those times when you just want to hear crying that isn't coming from yourself. You can play and mix multiple cry sounds together, set them into loop mode, set them as your ringtone (on select devices), and there is also a custom soundboard editor to where you can create your very own crying sounds generator.
