Wods Workout Crossfitness is a free application with a variety of wods to train. There is no need for material and you can do it anytime, anywhere. Here you will find a series of tools and information that will help you achieve all your goals.

- AMRAP: As Many Reps As Possible
- EMOM: Every Minute On the Minute.
- TABATA: High intensity interval training (HIIT) or circuit
