Agents got a feature of take a call to the any lead and every call which made through the app should apply a disposition. With a disposition it is register the location and the call duration.
If there any allocation of a lead agents are notified by a push notification. And every day it sends automated summary reports to the team leads and admin users though a push notification.
Admin users and team leaders can view the lead information of each agent.
The complete history of lead can be viewed through CRM.lk, which enables the transfer of lead from one agent to another.
