MOVEs measure physical activity: Every movement you do generates MOVEs. An example: running for 10 minutes at low intensity accumulates about 200 MOVEs. In addition, MOVEs are independent of body weight, so they are a better way of comparing your activity levels with that of your friends.
The easiest and fastest way to collect MOVEs is by going to Brimhams fitness centres with Technogym equipment, sign in with your mywellness account directly on the machines and train with the best exercise programmes. You can also log MOVEs manually via the Brimhams Workout Tracker app or sync your account with other apps and devices, such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
