NIC CAD provides the ability to create a database of District Officers and Citizens and allows them to connect at any time, official’s registration done by the Authorized Administrator and Citizen registered in this application with their mobile.
District and block level meeting which will be held online or offline will be digitized through this system. The meeting agenda will publish online with alert and the minutes of meeting will be uploaded online, which can be viewed through mobile application. Officers can make meeting notes immediately after the meeting hence quickness will be in action at field as well as old minutes of meeting can also viewed at any point of time.
