JioGate is now launched with a refreshed version for all the residents for an easy-to-use experience and an app to app calling feature with which the residents can communicate with their neighbours, family members and committee members within the society without displaying their contact details.
Features:
1. App to App Calling: App to App calling feature will help the residents to connect with other residents, their family members and committee members of respective society without showcasing their mobile numbers. Without displaying the name and number, Primary residents can be contacted by the society guards in case of emergency.
2. Login with OTP: Residents will now have a hassle-free login experience, so in case they forget their password, they can still login using registered mobile number and OTP.
3. TENANT MANAGEMENT –You can change your flat occupancy status and add or remove tenants from your flat by using this feature. Manage and keep track of the tenants while the admin manages the tenant verification process.
4. QUARANTINE - Societies can now mark a flat as "Quarantined" using the JioGate application. Residents and admin can easily maintain track of all the quarantined flats and can take action accordingly.
5. VISITOR MANAGEMENT - Manage your guests, deliveries, cab entries by creating pre-approved entries and authorising unannounced arrivals with just one tap. Now manage multiple visitors with a single-entry code.
6. BODY TEMPERATURE & MASK CHECK - Stay safe by restricting the entry at the gate based on the body temperature and mask check by the security guard.
7. BILLING & PAYMENT - Society can generate maintenance bills online. Residents can efficiently track and pay society dues online.
8. AMC MANAGEMENT - Timely and efficient management of society tasks with Auto reminders set for Annual Maintenance Contracts with vendor details and contact information.
9. PANIC ALERT - Help is just a long press away. Automatically send your live location to the security guard and family in case of an emergency.
10. OVERSTAY ALERT - Society Admin can now decide the maximum allotted time for every delivery inside the society premises before an alarm is set off to Guards.
11. MANAGE YOUR DOMESTIC help - Get notified when the domestic help enters or leaves the community. You can also record their attendance and find suitable domestic help
12. MANAGE YOUR DELIVERY - Verify the entry of delivery executives and get notified when they are at the gate, so you are ready to receive it or collect deliveries at the gate.
