NIC district Unit Bijnor has planned to develop ”BijnorJanSamwaad”a mobile application which will facilitate citizens to interact with government for their local issues and get information for various government schemes for their benefit.
1st Screen will show about the purpose of this mobile Application. Information shall be collected by the government from citizens about the various local issues like Swach Bharat Abhiyan (Requirement and use of Izzat ghar, motivation of citizens to achieve ODF, cleaning, water lobbing etc.), development (Road, drainage, construction of panchayet, samudayik Kendra etc.) issues. User shall be asked to register provide his mobile number. Application will verify the number through OTP and application shall be installed. Information about user district, Block, Gram Panchayet, village is asked. This mobile shall be fixed for this village only. User shall be asked to provide his personal information like his name, father name, Age, education qualification, profession, photo etc. User shall be asked to set one four digit PIN so that no one other than him can use this mobile to upload any issue.
After installation of the application, user can use the application using his 4 digit PIN. He may change his PIN using options given by him at the time of setting his mobile either through OTP, email or any security question-answer option.
After getting installed the mobile application, user can upload his issue related to above mentioned issues (selection through combo box) along with text message and photograph.
We shall map village secretary, ADO (P), DPRO with the village in background. As user uploads the issue, the same will be reflected to these officers. They shall take necessary action on the issue and submit their Action taken.
Daily Press release issued by Information department on daily activities and directions from the UP government shall be made available to registered users through this mobile application for any selected date. Contact details of all government officers concerned for citizens shall be made available through this mobile application so that in case of any requirement, villagers may contact them. Information of various government schemes shall be made available to citizens.
