We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!
As always, we've also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.
The Andac Movement app gives you access to your own online profile which integrates all you will need to ensure success towards your fitness goals in one place.
The main benefit is the ability to view your bespoke training program guidelines along with exercise tutorial videos via your training calendar. The goal here is to provide you with a clear structure for your independent training sessions that aligns with your overall goal.
This process also allows Josh to keep track of your progress in regards to strength gains, body composition improvements (measurements weight etc) and ultimately keep you accountable week by week to ensure the desired end result at the end of the program.
