12-Minute Cycle Test
The 12-Minute Cycle Test (Cooper, 1982) is an aerobic fitness test, in which the participants attempt to cover as much distance as possible in 12 minutes. This is the cycling version of the Cooper 12-minute walk/run test. There is also a swimming version. The test requires proficiency in cycling technique in order to adequately estimate aerobic fitness. This test is conducted while riding a bicycle.

To conduct the test, you can use the stop watch to control the time
After test, take the distance in meter and put to distance cell in input data menu.
Choose gender and fill up your age to process the fitness level.
Don't forget to fill up your name to save your data
After the user enters the data, please click the PROCESS button to find out the results of fitness level.
If you want to store data that has been calculated, please click SAVE button.
If you want to delete data that has been entered on the data input page please click CLEAR button.
If you want to see the data that has been saved before please click the DATA button.
