Established in 1993 as Senior Scene News, the publication is the only current printed voice to and for seniors/boomers over 50 years of age in Northwest Louisiana. Its mission is to "Celebrate Age and Maturity" to help readers make these years the BEST that they can be. The Best of Times offers a wide variety of articles, photographs, and features of interest to mature adults regarding federal and state legislative issues, Social Security concerns, fraud and abuse information, Medicare and Medicaid topics, nutrition information, health care information, finances, legal advice, travel, entertainment, and other topics of interest.
