Mahindra has always stood for transparency in its services. The CustomerLIVE app takes it one step further by enabling Service Advisors in Mahindra's authorised workshops to beam their repair recommendations live to a customer, straight from the shopfloor.
- A customer would never feel disconnected from her vehicle's service, even if she is not visiting the workshop for service. Service Advisors will explain the reasons for suggested repairs with a live video streamed right from the bay where the vehicle is being inspected for repairs.
- The app also uses 3D parts images of certain components to help the Service Advisors explain a wear & tear or malfunction better to customers.
- Customers have to simply click on a link, that's shared with them by the Service Advisors, to view the session live or even watch a recording at a time of their own convenience.
The application is meant for use by Mahindra's workshop personnel only.
