Lack of communication between customers and ULBs to collect waste and litters from the households, shops, community base events, faecal sludge treatment etc. leading to delayed disposal of waste to the dumping sites which causes health hazard. Hygienic tap water delivery service is also a major hurdle to tackle such as new connection/payment of bill/fee/complaints/service request etc.
As there is no proper platform to receive customer request/demand/complaint for efficient services/response, ULB and citizens faces many difficulties to maintain neat, clean and hygienic environment.
The app aims to improve bridge communication gap between ULBs and customers and bring the efficiency and transparency services to customers and ULBs by providing following features.
1. Lodge garbage collection request online for daily, weekly, monthly, occasional basis and emergency base services with geo-tagging photo/ location facility.
2. New online registration for regular consumers of the solid waste disposal and tap water management services.
3. Dashboard for the users for track the status of the requested services.
4. Dashboard for ULB administrators and District Administration for dynamic monitoring and efficient management.
