Mobile Application, iTegur Action is a new innovation developed by KPKT to facilitate updating complaints by PBT to mobile complainants with the following functions;
a. Real time and responsive notification through mobile;
b. Uploading image of complaint that completed;
c. Navigate to the location of the complaint;
d. Auto direct call, message and email to the complainant;
e. Search on complaints; and
f. Assessment of the level of satisfaction using iTegur Action through the e-Rating Government Online Service (GOS).
