For conducting hassel free election, there were need a better communication between all officials involve in election. For that one stored all important official contact details in books and papers. In manual method if we forgot information book then it is very difficult to get the contact information and what type of duty he/she is performing in conducting election, In election there is a thousands no of booths and in each booth there is a polling party which consist 4 to 5 polling personnel and micro observers on some polling center. Before 2 days of polling day, third randomization is perform to assign booths to polling party and polling center to micro observer. All polling personnel move to their assigned booths one day before polling day.
So in that short time period it is very difficult to distribute all details of polling personnel to all concerning administrative officer. By using “Election Contact Directory” App authorized person can store the details in a central repository. Using this App, we can see all important information of officers involve in election. The officers also may get meetings (scheduled at district level) notification through the same app as notification.
