Beschreibung:

During Covid times, it was felt that there is a requirement of online appointment system for citizens so that they can book appointments. E-appointment system enables user to book their appointment before actually visiting the Saral Kender Panchkula. User selects the Location/office for which he/she wants to book the Appointment. In our case It is Saral Kendra Panchkula as Pilot Project. Thereafter user needs to select the Service Name offered by that particular Location/office. After that user has to select the date and time of Available Slots. User enters his personal details with Mobile Number. After that user receives an OTP on the entered mobile number. After OTP verification the Slot is booked and Confirmation message displays on screen with date and time of the booked appointment. The user also receives an SMS regarding appointment confirmation. There is provision to cancel the appointment and citizen can view the list of appointments taken by them.
