Bug fix spinner is not removed on events
Bands whose booker is using Booker Tools can use the app to :
- see all details of upcoming/past shows
- add/edit own appointments, indicating availability
- see other bandmembers' appointments and availability
Once downloaded, all show/appointment details can be seen without internet connection
