FRESH VEGETABLES
We source fresh vegetables directly from farmers on a daily basis and ensure that only the fresh and quality produce reaches to our customer. Our team establish direct contact with farmers through various channels, visit their farms, understand the process of growing and harvesting. We shortlist and onboard the farmers based on their capabilities to supply quality produce.
Our long-term goal is to build an efficient supply-chain management with the support of the farmers which gives more margin to farmers as well.
FRESH FRUITS
We source fresh fruits directly from collection centres and trusted distributors on a daily basis and stored in cooled temperature to retain the freshness and quality. We offer wide variety of fresh, exotic and seasonal fruits at best quality and best price
We want our customers to experience the quality fruits that are fresh, natural, pure and healthy to add to their daily diet.
MARKET PRICE
We offer best price in the market to our customers eliminating the middle level margin by sourcing the products directly from the farmers and manufacturers. In addition, we offer discounts and cash backs to our customers for selected products on a daily basis.
Our objective is to save our customers from inflated price and build a long-term customer relationship by offering quality products at competitive prices.
HOME DELIVERY
We offer free home delivery to our customer for order value above Rs. 499/-. Delivery fee will be Rs. 29/- for order value from Rs.300/- to Rs.499/- and we don’t accept order for value below Rs.300/-.
HYGIENE & SAFETY
We maintain high standard of hygiene and safety precautions to protect our customers and staffs. We have mandated all our delivery and other staffs to wear face mask, frequent hand sensitization and use of Aarogya Setu app. Our staffs are allowed to start the duty only after the temperature check on a daily basis.
We advise customers to opt for contact less delivery of orders to avoid the direct contact with our delivery boy. The delivery boy will place the delivery of order at the door step or security point of the customer as instructed by the customer. The delivery boy then waits in longer distance for the customer to pick up the order and get the acceptance of delivery from the customer through mobile notification before he leaves the customer place.
We encourage our customers to pay for the order through contact less online mode only as a safety precaution. We have disabled cash on delivery and card on delivery payment mode till further notice.
REFER & EARN REWARDS
Our customer referral program is designed to provide additional benefits to our customers in the form of cash backs or discounts. For every successful referral, the customer will be entitled to 20% cash backs or discounts which can be claimed on the next order up to a maximum of Rs.100/-.
Customers can invite a friend or relative through our web or app by sharing their mobile number. Our web or app will send an instant invitation notification to your friend or relative as you are referred them to place an order with us.
