Anime fighting poses are those that involve props, usually weapons. Some poses may be meant to be swords. Some may be intended to be weapons in this app you will find a large unique collection of poses to draw with different types of weapons

If you are learning, that is why there are Gray and Black lines. Gray lines show where the parts of the anatomy are. Black lines show where the skin lines would be.
If you just need a reference, all the anatomy has already been worked out for you. I encourage you to draw even. I think it is a valid way of learning.
