The Alfred Health Patient Portal is now available as a mobile phone application. It is designed to reflect all functions in the web version of the Patient Portal, with the convenience of a phone application on your device. You will have access to information such as your health profile, some test results, a record of your past procedures, letters and discharge summaries, and COVID-19 test results.
