# The 31 Day Training Application offers 11 kinds of programs.

★ Beginner (Push Up [LOW], Squat [LOW], Crunch)

★ Intermediate (Push Up, Squat, Plank, Dips, Lunge, Sit Up)

★ Advanced (Squat [HIGH], Burpee)

Begin from the appropriate exercise to your health.


# How to use

1. Choose an exercise you start the training.

2. Press the + button right-under side of the screen to select the beginning date.

3. This application will display a list of over 31 days beginning since the selected date.

4. After completing the exercise for the day, please select your dates and check.

5. Training situation can see at a glance through the dashboard menu. (Top right of the screen)

※ 31 Day Training Application is not provide a exercise methods.
Provides an each day's number or hours of exercise to easy-understand and record the complete or not.

※ This application has been optimized for the Nexus5 Android 5.0 (Lolipop) version by applying the Material Design.
